AML policy

OnExchanger is an aggregator. We do not custody user crypto or fiat and we do not process exchange payouts.

Partner responsibility

Exchanges happen on third-party platforms. Those partners are responsible for their own AML/KYC programs, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring under the laws that apply to them.

What we do

We show public comparison data from partner feeds and send visitors to partners via affiliate links. We may retain limited technical logs and affiliate click events needed to operate the service securely and attribute referrals.

Suspicious activity

If we detect abuse of our site (fraudulent traffic, scraping attacks, or clear attempts to misuse redirect links), we may block access and cooperate with partners or competent authorities when required by law.
