FAQ

OnExchanger compares live offers from online crypto and fiat exchangers. You see how much you receive after fees when the partner feed allows it, then leave to complete the exchange on their site.

We do not hold funds and we do not run the exchange ourselves.

How do I compare rates?

Open the home page, choose what you send and what you want to receive, enter an amount, and review the ranked offers. Sort is by receive amount when we can compute it.

Why is the receive amount different from a naked rate?

Some partners publish fees separately. When we can fold those fees into the math, we show an effective receive amount so you can compare apples to apples.

Do I need an OnExchanger account?

No. Comparison is public. Accounts on partner exchangers follow each partner’s own rules.

Are exchangers verified?

Verified means we treat the partner as an active listing with trust signals we maintain (for example a review page and active feed). Always read limits, payout rails, and the partner’s terms before you send funds.

Something looks wrong with a rate

Rates move quickly. Refresh the table, check min/max limits, and open the partner via our redirect link only from the offer you selected.
