ChangeIt is an online exchanger at changeit.com.ua for crypto-to-hryvnia payouts onto Ukrainian cards. The primary job is USDT TRC20Privat24 or Monobank for a typical ticket of about 100–500 USDT. Before you create an order, the widget shows the receive amount and states that commissions are already included in the quote; the Fees page lists platform percentages and UAH limits separately. The UI ships in Russian, Ukrainian, and English.

What ChangeIt shows before you send USDT

Before payment you see the pair, network, Send/Receive amounts, and a note that fees are already in the quote. On the homepage, an example of 200.00 USDT TRC20 quoted 8,531.08 UAH. After you enter a card and confirm the order, the locked receive amount can differ slightly from the earlier widget — re-check the figures on “Your order” before checkout.

What stands out about ChangeIt's terms and service?

Pros

  • Live Privat24 / Monobank rails and reverse UAH → USDT in the feed
  • Public Fees page with platform %, network lines, and UAH limits
  • Three-step order flow with QR and a one-transaction USDT rule
  • RU/UA/EN UI and published UAH payout hours 08:00–23:00

Cons

  • Platform 4% fee (min 50 UAH) plus network withdrawal fees
  • Cabinet KYC and a contractual right to refuse without explanation
  • Referral page shows both 0.2% and 1%
  • Cash only via Premium support from about $1,000

ChangeIt rails: USDT, Bitcoin, and Ukrainian banks

The feed lists BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, DASH, USDT TRC20 and USDT ERC20 with payouts to Privat24, Monobank and other Ukrainian card rails. Reverse directions (UAH → crypto) are present too. Cash rows are not in the XML — cash is a separate offline flow through support.

Useful live pages for the primary job:

ChangeIt fees and limits: 4% and 2,000–50,000 UAH

On Fees, the platform commission is 4% per transaction, at least 50 UAH. Network lines are listed separately: USDT TRC withdrawal USDT, USDT ERC 0.4 USDT (dynamic), ETH 0.002 ETH in and out; UAH about 2.41% in and 2.43% out. “No hidden fees” means the Receive field is the all-in number — not that the service is free.

ChangeIt commissions table and limits 2,000–50,000 UAH, monthly card cap 150,000 UAH
Per-asset fees and UAH limits on the Fees page

The exchange amount in hryvnia equivalent must sit between 2,000–50,000 UAH; the monthly cap per bank card is up to 150,000 UAH. Larger one-off tickets need support or multiple applications, per FAQ.

The application rate locks at creation; application lifetime is about 12 hours. If inbound coins differ by more than 10% from the application, the desk may terminate and refund minus transfer commissions. Rate-gaming via parked orders can trigger a block and a refund minus 20% of the application amount.

ChangeIt registration and KYC

Cabinet signup asks for a phone (+380), email, password, and consent to Terms and Privacy. After login, Profile may show “Account not verified” and a KYC form: full name, citizenship, date of birth, document type and issuing country, plus a selfie with passport/ID and the document back.

Registration fields: phone, email, password
ChangeIt login form: email, password, Forgot your password link
Login with email and password
ChangeIt profile KYC fields and selfie-with-passport uploads
Profile KYC: document data and selfie with ID

The AML policy allows passport/ID or bank-statement checks, continuous monitoring, and rejection of high-risk deposits (mixers, scam, stolen, and related categories). High risk can mean extra KYC, refunds minus a fee, and returns only to source addresses. Terms also allow refusing an application without explanation.

How a USDT TRC20 → UAH card order runs

The path is three steps: recipient card → amount confirmation → send USDT in one transaction to the issued address. Step “Where to receive?” takes a Visa/Mastercard number. “Your order” then shows Order ID, card, and amounts — an example confirmation locked 200 USDT → 8,566.04 UAH with Proceed to checkout, plus a note that delays are possible outside business hours.

Step 1: card number for receiving UAH
ChangeIt order step 2: confirm 200 USDT → 8,566.04 UAH
Step 2: confirm amounts before checkout
ChangeIt payment screen: QR and wallet for 200 USDT in one transaction
Deposit: QR and USDT address, one-transaction requirement

After checkout you get a QR and wallet address; send the exact amount in one transaction, then press Sent. The flow moves to Waiting. If the contractor has not paid out within 24 hours, Terms let the customer request cancellation when funds are not yet sent.

Cash and the ChangeIt referral program

Offline cash is described separately: UAH/USD/EUR ↔ crypto in Ukrainian cities, about $1,000 minimum, contact @changeitua. That path is not in the rates XML — it is not the same as the on-site card order.

Referral steps claim a 1% bonus on referral transaction amounts; the large graphic also shows 0.2%. Confirm the live rate in the cabinet or with support before counting income.

Where orders stall: AML, hours, and support

Support is [email protected] and Telegram telegram.me/changeitua; there is no walk-in office. The desk runs 09:00–19:00 daily; UAH payouts run 08:00–23:00. Weekday replies are about 15–30 minutes; weekends 1–2 hours within hours; messages after 19:00 roll to the next day.

Contacts: email, Telegram, and feedback form

Typical break points: high-risk inbound crypto scoring, extra KYC, card-payment refusal under anti-phishing rules, delays outside the UAH payout window, and wrong card details (customer liability under Terms).

Pros and cons of ChangeIt

  • Live UA rails for Privat24 / Monobank / several banks in the feed, plus UAH → USDT reverse pairs;
  • Explicit Fees page with platform %, network lines, and 2,000–50,000 UAH limits;
  • Clear three-step order path with QR and a one-transaction rule;
  • Three UI languages and a published UAH payout schedule.
  • Platform 4% (min 50 UAH) plus network fees — compare receive UAH, not “no hidden fees” slogans;
  • Profile KYC and a contractual right to refuse without explanation;
  • Referral page shows both 0.2% and 1%;
  • Cash only via Premium support from about $1,000.

Verdict: who ChangeIt fits

ChangeIt fits card payouts of USDT TRC20 inside the 2–50k UAH window when you want Fees/AML rules in writing. It is a weaker fit if you need the thinnest possible all-in rate, small cash tickets, or want to avoid cabinet KYC. Always re-check Receive on OnExchanger’s live table and exit via /redirect.

FAQ

The platform fee is 4% per transaction, at least 50 UAH; USDT TRC lists a 1 USDT withdrawal line. Compare the Receive amount, not only the percentage.
