Privacy policy

OnExchanger (“we”) operates an exchange comparison website. This policy explains what limited data we process.

What we process

Technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) may be stored by our hosting and CDN for security and reliability. If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we process the message contents to respond. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile: your browser talks to Cloudflare for a human check; we verify the token on our server. That check is not used for advertising.

Affiliate click events may be recorded (platform, pair, amount, click id, timestamp) so we can attribute referrals. We do not require an account to use the comparison tool.

Cookies

We use a first-party analytics cookie (onex_cid, up to 400 days) and a short-lived session cookie so we can measure visits and Exchange clicks in Google Analytics 4. Your browser talks only to onexchanger.com; the server forwards events to Google. If you arrive from a Google ad, we may store click ids (gclid / gbraid / wbraid) and UTM parameters for up to 90 days. We do not load Google’s gtag.js on the page.

Partners

When you leave via our redirect to an exchanger, that partner’s privacy policy applies to anything you do on their site.
