Add your exchanger to OnExchanger: listing requirements

Apply to add your exchanger to OnExchanger.com using the contact form below. OnExchanger monitors crypto and fiat exchanger offers across Ukrainian and international routes. Customers compare rates, payout amounts, limits and reserves, then visit the chosen exchanger’s website to complete the transaction. OnExchanger does not hold customer funds or process transactions.

Who can add an exchanger to OnExchanger?

Owners and managers can submit an exchanger for review once it meets the listing requirements. There are five conditions to check before applying.

  1. A public XML rates feed in the format commonly used by exchanger monitors, with rates, reserves and minimum and maximum amounts for every direction.
  2. At least 3 months in operation.
  3. Published AML/KYC rules and terms of service on the exchanger’s website.
  4. Working customer support through channels such as live chat, Telegram or email, with response times stated.
  5. A Ukrainian-language version of the website.

Rates are imported automatically from this feed. Before applying, check that its URL is publicly accessible and that it includes data for every direction your exchanger serves. A link to a rates page is not a substitute for the XML feed address.

What should your OnExchanger application include?

Use the message field to provide your business details and a contact for technical questions. Include the following so we can review the service, check the feed and discuss any proposed partner terms:

  • Your exchanger’s name and website.
  • The XML feed URL, linking to the public feed with your rates, reserves and limits.
  • A named technical contact and their messenger details or email address.
  • Proposed partner terms, if available, including a referral link or details of your partner program.

The form also asks for your name, email address and subject. Use an email address where you can receive our reply about the application.

What happens after you apply to OnExchanger?

We review the exchanger’s website, published rules and XML feed, and reply by email. If the service meets the requirements, we connect its feed and add it to the monitor.

Each listed exchanger receives:

OnExchanger may earn a partner commission through listed exchangers’ referral programs. Being listed does not change how offers are ranked: tables are sorted by the amount the customer receives.

What determines whether your exchanger appears on OnExchanger?

Acceptance depends on meeting the listing requirements, while offers need current feed data to remain visible in the tables.

Does submitting an application guarantee a listing?

No. We review each application before deciding whether to connect the exchanger. You will receive our response at the email address provided in the form.

Is a Ukrainian website version required for international exchangers?

Yes. A Ukrainian-language version is a requirement for listing on OnExchanger, including for exchangers serving international routes.

What happens when feed data becomes outdated?

Offers older than 30 minutes are hidden from the tables. Keep the XML feed up to date so the monitor can display your current rates, reserves and limits.
